A road raging Muslim recently got a taste of Texas hospitality after spouting off at another driver.
The incident took place in Houston, Texas, where two drivers reportedly became entangled in a verbal altercation over who had the right of way. For reasons still under investigation, 42-year-old Ziad Abu Naim the Muslim got out of his car swinging and approached the car of Robert Craig Klimek, 43.
However, the chaos quickly ended as onlookers noted hearing a single pop. As it turns out, Klimek had shot Naim in the face, fully neutralizing the threat. Emergency services took the body of the Muslim man to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where they explained he was partially paralyzed and was being kept alive only through the assistance of machines.

Rage boy goes DOWN
So ok, who was inside his car and who was outside the car approaching it?
Exactly what does that mean ?
Since the other driver was in his car, what was he swinging at ?
I'm not sure if this is a justifiable self defense case based on the limited facts, it's hard to tell
These open ended events with out clear circumstances sure do give the left ammo to gut self-defense and castle doctrine legal standing...
I was taught in my carry conceal class, shooting someone is the absolute last resort...
I actually had a very similar situation happen to me, guy behind me tapped my rear bumper very lightly and got very upset when I threw up my hands basically going WTH are you doing.
He walked over and all I did was make a gun sign with my fingers and pointed to the seat...
He chilled real quick and left...
Hands up don’t shoot. Muslim lives matter. :-)
Some Muzzie started it up with Mr. GG2 in the parking lot of CVS a few mos ago. He started the aggressive walking deal and Mr. GG2 told him he was going to beat his azz and then shoot him. End of altercation.
I needed a smile this AM.
However the old saying sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.
needs to be amended to,
‘Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will get you 5 to 10.’
He chilled real quick and left...
LOL! Not laughing at you. It's that your post reminded of Walt Kowalski in Gran Torino.
I hope the latter does not transpire, but considering the disposition of the current DOJ, you're probably correct.
We’re seeing political prosecution of good shoots by police being resurrected from a couple years ago, nothing at the time. I see this Houston case as a similar situation.
“Uh, hes already been charged with ADW, and with the fellow dying, that will no doubt be upgraded.”
Being charged and actually indicted by a grand jury are completely different animals, friend.
“I was taught in my carry conceal class, shooting someone is the absolute last resort...”
The way my instructor put it was ‘Never shoot something unless you intend to mount it in your living room’
Bump for reference. Should have told him, “Stay calm and stay alive!” It worked for me in Houston once. Didn’t have to shoot the guy.
In Texas an indictment for a non-felony is called an Information and no Grand Jury is needed for charging. Aggravated Assault is generally a 1° or 2° felony, but Deadly Misconduct could be a 3° or a misdemeanor - that may actually be the original charge. It will change. Friend.
With your index finger point at the fire extinguisher, and then quickly swipe your finger in front of your teeth. Repeat until message received.
That was a very effective and popular campaign.
BTW, the Native American actor in this video is really an immigrant from Italy.
