the TRAITOR Roberts tod us in the first HC ruling that it was NOT the job ogf the supreme court ot ‘protect the people from bad laws’ and that ‘if the people don’t like the law’ they can ‘just elect someone new next election’ (paraphtrasing)
Now however, apparently the supreme court didn’t like the individual mandates wording, and took it upon themselves to finagle it so that the HC law can stand-
The TRAITOR Roberts is a blatant hypocrite! Tellign the people in one breath that it’s not the SC’s job to ‘fix laws’ then turning around and doing just that in the most recent HC ruling!

Supreme Court Justices vote on a legal decision, and ultimately it is what is written in the decision that matters.
Decisions can be as broad or narrow as the Justices wish to write them.
We know what Roberts wrote and it's bad, but what Kennedy could have written if given the chance may have been much much worse and even more damaging than the one Roberts wrote.
The votes were there regardless of which way Roberts voted.
By voting with the majority Roberts could use his position to have a major impact on what was actually written in the final decision, as opposed to letting the most liberal Jusitices run wild when writing the decision.
And evidently both of them have been photographed with young boys in compromising positions...
