Equal protection was the Constitutional premise used by the SCOTUS to find in favor of this gay marriage rights challenge. Funny how they cite the constitution for gay marriage but didn't (couldn't) cite it in their obozocare decision. The line to the gallows for the DC traitors will now be increased by 6.
