I don’t think the M.E. can rule out heroin overdose causing his symptoms unless the levels when the autopsy is finally released indicate otherwise. Wait for the autopsy.
The medical examiner concluded that Grays most significant injury was to the lower left part of his head. Given the descriptions of his demeanor and positioning in the van, it most likely occurred after the second and before fourth stops made by the van driver, and possibly before the third stop, according to the autopsy.
Why don’t you wait for some information, you are just spewing all kinds of sloppy ideas, as facts.
Wait, am I in some sort of an alternate universe?? Look at the title of this thread! Look at the article! Look at YOUR OWN POSTS in this thread! They are all based on leaked portions of the autopsy. And you're saying "wait for the autopsy"?!?!?
So, let me get this straight - when the leaked portions of the autopsy support your theory of the case (or, really, when you twist and otherwise misconstrue them so that they support your theory of the case), then the M.E.'s word is definitive. But, when the leaked portions do not support your theory, its "hold on, people! let's wait for the autopsy."
