Have you ever SEEN someone high on opiates and/or marijuana. Ramming oneself into a van door is not what one would expect from opiates/marijuana. Pretty much the opposite of what you would expect.
I can see that. What was the level of drugs in his system? Seems like they have neglected to tell that part.
