BOOM ! Our suspicions were 100% accurate in the review of all prior information coming from the released details.
An “accidental” self-induced injury stemming from Freddie Gray standing, not being seat-belted; and as a consequence of the van moving/stopping, Freddie Gray impacting the wall of the transport van. Also including the presence of opiates and cannabinoid within his toxicology report.

Ahh. I gather you are basing that theory on the Conservative Treehouse post available here, which attempted to reconcile the Washington Post's report of a 38-year old passenger in the van, with WBAL's report of 22-year-old Donta Allen being in the van, and concluded that the discrepancy existed because both were in the van. As indicated by the following diagram:
There's only one problem with that theory: it's not true. Here is an excerpt from the officers' motion to recuse Marilyn Mosby from the case:
Note how they mention that "Mr. Allen's story had changed" between the Washington Post and WBAL reports. Don't you think that, if the two reports were by two different prisoners in the van, the officers themselves would have known that?
Of course, and that is as it should be. For a kid.
But for a drugged up adult thrashing about and causing injury to himself in an enclosed compartment? Not the same. Trust me here.
The passenger did not get in until the fourth stop. After the M.E. believes the injury had already occurred.
What I saw in the extensive article was as quoted from the Baltimore Sun. The opinions of the Conservative Treehouse were not a part of that article as quoted. CT did offer their opinion , of course, but those observations are separate.
Oh, I know this one! ::raises hand::
The existence of a mysteriously-unknown third passenger in the van, who happens to support the defense case.
Some police call it "Failing the Screen Test". They cuff you and put you in the rear seat of the cruiser, without securing you with a seatbelt. Driving to the station, they wait until you're not looking, then hit the brakes, slamming your face into the wire screen that separates the compartments.
You have been posting nonsense.
I have been correcting your fake facts with real facts, so you need to quit creating fake facts.
Read my posts, most of them are corrections to you.
All I know is that there was a report that said a third passenger was in the van and was still in custody and his identity was being protected.
Wait, am I in some sort of an alternate universe?? Look at the title of this thread! Look at the article! Look at YOUR OWN POSTS in this thread! They are all based on leaked portions of the autopsy. And you're saying "wait for the autopsy"?!?!?
So, let me get this straight - when the leaked portions of the autopsy support your theory of the case (or, really, when you twist and otherwise misconstrue them so that they support your theory of the case), then the M.E.'s word is definitive. But, when the leaked portions do not support your theory, its "hold on, people! let's wait for the autopsy."
Are you blind? The OFFICERS THEMSELVES, in a document filed in their criminal case, said that Allen was the only passenger in the van, and that he had changed his story. That completely undermines the Conservative Treehouse "report" of a third passenger. And yet, you hold on to the possibility of a third passenger, because......?
Yep, that flag is a serial felon, no doubt about it.
“”Have you ever SEEN someone high on opiates and/or marijuana. Ramming oneself into a van door is not what one would expect from opiates/marijuana. “”
As a matter of fact, I have seen this very thing. A person high on a cocktail of drugs raging and fighting with anyone and everyone in reach, and fighting restraints to the point if permanently injuring themselves.
The ONLY person trying to hurt Mr Gray was Mr Gray himself.
One thing we haven’t seen in the Baltimore Sun article is any report of the 80% severing of the spine that the attorney for the Gray family claimed.
The Conservative Treehouse, is a very flaky source.
If you keep quoting them on stories, then you are going to be wrong a lot.
What drugs? Different drugs (obviously) have different effects on behavior. Opiates and marijuana are not likely to result in the kind of behavior you describe.
It was smack and dope, and reactions are NEVER predictable with drug abusers.
It’s OK. Even when she is proven wrong, she’ll just ignore it and say “All I know is that there was a report that said . . . .”
Wow. I don't think those terms have been used in like 30 years. Maybe more.
If you think “an average speed of 7MPH” shows there was no speeding, then you’re smart enough to be a cop.
It is possible. I read that the directive was one of five sent out by email. How many beat cops are going to be reading email??
