Who conducts themselves like that? A drunk trying to impress someone in a bar, maybe. Or a small child. Or an amoral person who has no firm connection to reality.

Actually that saying should be amended to “We came, we saw, he died and so did 4 Americans including a US Ambassador that I was paid off to ignore”
