Can’t we go back to the 707?
In retrospect, it seems to be light-years ahead of the junk we have now....
Last time I flew on a 707 I was 14 Years Old, 47 Years ago.
My Father and my Uncle had to fly on a 707 back in 1959 from New York to California. They both got snookered at the Airport Bar because they couldn’t get over the fact that they were getting on an Airplane without Propellers.
I’m not sure if either of them had ever even flown before.
I guess I’ll have to check with my Dad, he’s only 92.
