I’m fine with giving real estate to China, as long as we give them San Francisco, Chicago, Detroit, Portland (OR), Seattle, St. Louis and parts of Los Angeles.
Those cities represent the lions share of where the borrowed money was spent on social programs and/or the constituencies that forced that kind of spending on the rest of us.
Oh, and they have to build walls around their new cities and keep their new citizens from emigrating back to the USA.
