I bet a lot of HOA’s are reviewing their rules right now, about bringing guests to the common area/ pool.
Our pool is owned by the members only country club. Residents have to pay mega bucks to belong to the club. They do have a separate pool membership. Point is, our HOA dues don’t include the Country Club and all it’s amenities.
Maybe CR should do the same. Stricter rules as well.
