These are the same type guys who talk up a nuke plant in their garage. They insist nothing is really dangerous, and no really believes them.
We also used to take more chances. Scientists pioneered their own theories by experimenting on themselves.
I applaud this sort of thing. Extend anything out far enough and the outcome is the same. Might as well get some knowledge out of it.
The guy should be careful. Then he should build a bigger one.
