Democrats put party above all else. To a Democrat, the (D) behind a candidate’s name is all that counts. If a cancer cell were running for office a Democrat would vote for it no matter what. Go back and check out some Free Republic posts prior to last November. You'd be surprised to find that attitude's not exclusive to "D" voters.
No, wait...you don't have to look back that far. They're still here on occasion, gearing up for 2016.

I vote for the candidate I believe is best for the country. Maybe it’s just coincidence that no Democrat running for anything is the best choice for the country. Some Republicans, even. That’s why I have voted (R), (I), and write-in.
