I am waiting for Open Constitutional Carry in Clarke County.

I wonder how this is going to affect CCW requirements since they have to be set by the state.

I do not believe that it affects the requirements for a permit in Nevada. The law has provisions that change the requirements to accept other states permits as valid in Nevada.
