PEG’s president and founder Glenn Singleton, who charges a six-figure consulting fee, holds radical views on race, claiming that ”‘white talk’ is ‘verbal,’ ‘intellectual’ and ‘task-oriented,’ while ‘color commentary’ is ‘emotional’ and ‘personal.’”

In short, this guy is saying “colored people” are more emotional, and you can’t demand that they speak coherently or logically. It is parallel to affirmative action lowering standards for blacks, because fewer qualify on merit.
AKA, what slave owners said of blacks being less intelligent and capable.
