Government Motors, a branch of the DNC through the wholly owned subsidiary Auto Workers union, is not subject to criminal charges. In fact, it is nearly impossible to charge any high-level Democrat with ANYTHING that has a chance of sticking, as the prosecutorial authority and the court systems are also wholly owned subsidiaries of the DNC.
