My Fathers “Lemon Squeezer” is in my younger brothers possession, so I can’t send photo.
But this looks just like my Dad’s. He carried it 1926(?)-1986.

I could not shoot the pistol till age 18 because of the safety feature.
Those were a very innovative gun, and good shooters. If it was made close to the turn of the last century, modern ammo is OK to shoot in it if it’s in good condition.
That is why I bought a lifetime supply about 20 years ago. I LOVE my Browning Sweet 16!
It is my “deer shotgun”.
Not sure if it’s what you want but Buds Gun Shop has some #1 Federal’s in stock. Looks kinda pricey though.
Well,
Big fan here of wheel guns and I would like to know how the new Match Champion by Ruger would measure up to a Python or the Smiths?
Is the Ruger a chance to own a great firearm that has all the fine attributes of legends ?
I was visiting the Pima Air Museum in Tucson this weekend and spotted a young Hispanic guy open carrying a Glock, with his wife and two young children in tow. It was great to see this young man taking responsibility for his family’s safety.
And I was glad to see the museum didn’t have a “No Firearms” sign, except unfortunately for the cafeteria. Dumb on their part, especially in AZ.
When in AZ, I typically OC in the car, then cover up upon arrival, depending on the venue. I don’t typically want to draw attention, but it’s also good for people to occasionally see that good guys carry guns, too. And maybe it’ll keep a visiting libtard from moving there. Anyway, it’s great having the choice.
Ruger makes a fine, strong gun, but IMO it is not anywhere near in the league with a Python in fit, finish, and operation. May stack up OK against current Smiths, but not the one’s from the 50’s and early 60’s.
