Are black citizens this ignorant? Baltimore is on a record pace to set a homicide record with it being almost 100% black people killing other black people, and they really believe it is the problem of the police?

This is a prime example of what separates liberals from conservatives. Liberals find every excuse in the world to ignore the obvious...black people cause all their own problems. Will they ever wake up?
