Thanks for posting to the new info.

A couple of things stand out to me:

14 officers shooting vs. the 4 originally claimed.

The claim of “hundreds of rounds fired” seems to be exagerated, but 14 police with Glocks could easily fire 200 rounds in seconds.

All 9 bikers killed were Cossacks. - If there’s any truth to previous statements then the Cossacks were the ones who pulled guns and started the shooting.

The patio where the bikers were gathered was downrange from the shooting — Most rounds fired at the Cossacks would have missed and gone down range, so it looks like any gun injuries were probably caused by the police.

The statements made thus far still don’t make sense to me. I can’t get a grip on the topology of the area around Twin Peaks, so that’s part of the problem. Who was where when what happened?

The more I see of this, the worse it looks for the police. Right now it looks like the cops screwed up royally.

The $1000,000 bail is another big issue. That’s totally excessive and from the statement made to the effect that “If the innocent would act like they’re innocent and cooperate” it looks like the high bail is being used to coerce false statements out of the prisoners because they can’t raise the $100,000 minimum to make bail and aren’t getting out until they do.

At this point I’m starting to wonder who is up for re-election locally since there’s some serious grandstanding and misdirection going on.

Shouldn’t there be lots of security videos of the parking lot from the surrounding businesses?

District Attorney Abel Reyna

“asset forfeiture”?

Reyna said the (asset forfeiture) fund has about $500,000

“What I got from (the court) is that, ‘Hey, we want to do this for you, but we want to make sure we don’t have to raise the tax rate,’ and that’s something that I’m very sensitive to,” Reyna said. “I’d rather make criminals pay for these things anyway, rather than the taxpayers, and we can better utilize the taxpayers’ money.”
