Always look at strict literal word definitions and how they can be parsed, when evaluating statements of the Clintons.
“No evidence” is correct. It takes time to properly collect and objectively examine evidence, and no US enforcement agency had yet made it to Benghazi to do that within a couple days of the attack.
But like Bill saying in a deposition that his actions are more relevant to “what the meaning of ‘is’ is,” the response avoids the more critical truth of the matter.
Hillary learned from Bill. That’s the greater context here.
