okay i get it...is socialism..

Food carts are big, small business in NYC—and their current noise and emissions are a major source of pollution in very crowded streets.

If I understand correctly, the manufacturer is essentially donating these carts. If so, I don’t see anything not to like in this news.

Okay, I see now the cost is covered by donors. That’s fine with me too. It’s how a lot of the arts, parks and other civic goods get funded in the city.

If I had a brick and mortar cafe in NYC, I’d be highly pissed to have these things parking out front every morning...
