Yes, it was. it was on a pike at Kings Landing in the scene where Joffrey was showing Sansa various headery.

Facially it looks just like him, but the hair is dark and longer.

I would post an image of it, but I’m not sure FR wants that actually, but you can see it on google, george bush game of thrones.
