I absolutely do believe Freddie Gray was recruited by a shadowy figure (DHS, DOJ?) to bait the police, and the newly confirmed DOJ AG was waiting in the wings to pounce on this event. He allegedly ran away then to a building (to get verbal instructions), then back towards the police. Who does this? This is all a giant 'false flag' on behalf of the community organizer and his puppet media to incite his people to cause havoc nationwide.
