How about the FBI investigating this couple and their Foundation?

Every time we think the corruption cannot get any worse, here come the Clintons to prove us wrong again. The Russian state-owned atomic agency Rosatom bought a 17% share in Uranium One, a Canadian owned company with uranium mines in Wyoming.

Senator John Barrosso of Wyoming and several congressmen raised their concerns about this deal. However, the deal was approved by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). CFIUS is a small executive task force that evaluates investment transactions by foreign companies in the United States. It is composed of cabinet members from the departments of Defense, Treasury, Homeland Security and State, while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.

At a Clinton Global Initiative event in Marrakesh, former President Bill Clinton was asked why he isn't defending the Clinton Foundation from increased scrutiny.

The question came from billionaire supporter Mo Ibrahim: "I opened the newspaper and I was shocked to see these attacks on the foundation." The billionaire continued, " What is this money for? What have you done with it?"

"I just work here," Clinton responded. "I don't know."

(waiting for hysterical laughter to die down)

So let's get this straight. Clinton "innocently" flew to far off Kasahstan to get the uranium deal rolling....and, just by chance, he met w/ the Kazhak dictator (running for reelection). It was only "dumb luck that Clinton knew how to get govt approvals.

As Judge Judy might say to Bill Clinton:

Tell me about the conversation you had w/ uranium businessman Frank Giustra about uranium mines in Kazkhstan.

How did you know Giustra was looking to get govt approvals to buy uranium mines?

How did you know about getting govt approvals?

What did you say to Giustra? What did he say to you?

Bill Clinton in Kazahstan--during election time--a huge no-no in politics----with visions of $$$sugar plums dancing in his head. Clinton lavi$hly prai$ed the candidate, a dictator who won w/ 90% of the vote---an obviously rigged election.

BACKSTORY--In September 2005, mining magnate Frank Giustra flew Clinton to Kazakhstan as part of a three-country philanthropic tour. Clinton praised the candidate ---the Kazakh autocrat for "this statement you have made about opening up the social and political life [of Kazakhstan]".

Within two days of the former President's meeting with Kazakhstan’s president Nursultan Nazarbayev, Giustra's fledgling uranium company signed preliminary agreements giving it the right to buy into three uranium projects controlled by the state-owned uranium agency, Kazatomprom. "The monster deal stunned the mining industry, turning an unknown shell company into one of the world’s largest uranium producers."

In 2006, in the months after Mr. Clinton's visit helped secure Giustra's company the right to mine uranium in Kazakhstan, Mr. Giustra donated $31.3 million to the Clinton Foundation. This figure is at variance with the one released by the William J. Clinton Foundation (on the 18 December 2008), as part of an arrangement with President-elect Barack Obama. It reports Frank Giustra as giving between US$10–25 million.

In February 2007, a company called Uranium One agreed to pay US$3.1 billion to acquire UrAsia. Giustra, a director and major shareholder in UrAsia, would be paid $7.05 per share for a company that just two years earlier was trading at 10 cents per share.

In May 2007 Giustra was one of four chairs of the 2006 Global Leadership Awards dinner in New York where Clinton was honoured along with out-going UN Secy General Kofi Annan.

In June 2007, Giustra joined with Clinton to launch the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership to address global poverty. Giustra committed $USD 100 million plus half of what he makes in the resource industry for the rest of his life. Carlos Slim Helú, the Mexican businessman and richest person in the world, made a matching contribution and Giustra is expected to enlist others in the Canadian resource industry. (SOURCE: WIKI)

Ian Telfer---$2.35 million donor to the Clinton Foundation. Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.

Paul Reynolds--$1 million to $5 million Clinton Foundation donor. Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.

Frank Holmes--$250,000 to $500,000 Clinton foundation donor. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.
