few notes on what we have learned about law, race, order and the media after Baltimore, the largest city in my home state of Maryland, whose gleaming white stoops once stood for a citys pride in its law and order and self-discipline.
First, Marilyn Mosby should not be allowed to be a law clerk, let alone a states attorney/prosecutor. To prosecute police officers EXPLICITLY to please a mob (I have heard your cries about no justice, no peace ) is exactly the opposite of what a prosecutor should do. That is, to prosecute only when the facts and law demand it. To press charges because a gang of thugs loots liquor stores and promises to loot more liquor stores if charges are not pressed is exactly lynch mob justice. It has nothing to do with the sacred rule of innocent until proven guilty.
Usually prosecutors will show at least hint of impartiality in an important case. Ms. Mosby went straight for the jugular and basically said, The thugs are my bosses and I answer to them and not to the Constitution. This is a dangerous woman. She bears watching.
Next, the death of Mr. Freddie Gray cannot possibly have been solely an act of white racism. Three of the six officers charged in his death were black. One was a black woman. Maybe a case of police brutality. Surely a case of serious misconduct. But racism?[continued]

Like the Zimmerman case ...
What we have now in Obama’s America is a new actor.
The Racial Persecutor.

Mosby Kangaroo Court of Baltimore.
Al Sharpton as Court Jester.
This is actually a well written article. In Jamestown, the first permanent European settlement in America, they had an actual law for awhile against idle hands. Of course they were fighting off constant Indian attacks and struggling to survive.
Whole lot of hate in those eyes
The problem is that the coroner ruled Gray’s death a homicide. Presuming that conclusion stands, that the police took him into custody alive, then delivered him to jail dying, these six officers have a problem. Mosby is no different than any other prosecutor, she is zealous. In this case, she wants to convict one or more bad cops. Inconvenient but considering how few bad cops do get convicted, I wish her luck. The connection of all this to the rioting and looting is irrelevant except that I hope her office takes as zealous an approach to tracking down, charging, and convicting anyone and everyone that participated in rioting, looting, and assault. For the latter, anyone caught on video through bricks at the police should be charged, prosecuted, and convicted of assault. She needs to show zero tolerance for rioting and looting as a tool to protest out-of-control police. (As I said, I hope. But I won’t be holding my breadth waiting for it to happen.)
She should not even be a law clerk? That’s like saying Obama should not even be on a White House tour, let alone President Of The United States.
Problem is they both hold their respective offices with the approval of voters in lawful elections,so the Country is SCREWED,sorry
