Not per se. But when that prosecutor lays charges herself — instead of bringing the matter before a grand jury,

and

does so in order to effect “crowd control”

and

is recorded telling the riotous crowd “I heard your call for ‘No justice, no peace,’” Mosby said. “Your peace is sincerely needed as I work to deliver justice on behalf of this young man.”

and

has received big campaign contributions, and is cozy with, the attorney for the perp who died

then

yes, I’d have to agree, whether intentionally or no, the breathtakingly impulsive and incompetent affirmative action hire Marilyn Mosby is, in fact, doing a good job of laying the groundwork for an appeal, should the officers be convicted.

And Her Honorable Blackness may not even get THAT far... they MIGHT be acquitted due to her rash behavior!
