Yeah, that was my first thought. When you are drunk, you really don't care what you look like. I noticed that she got much worse after Huma married. I think Huma helped her with how to dress, and make-up.
So, that I don't look like I'm only bashing Hillary!; I find that the actress Kate Winslet is the same. When someone is doing her hair and dress, she looks great. Otherwise, she looks like a homeless person.
