Paul and Rubio both voted for it in committee. But I am not sure if either will when it hits the Senate floor. I think it would have been difficult to kill it in committee, when Corker had the votes to pass it.

Unfortunately, some things in politics stink, especially when you're not the committee chairman and don't want to be treated like a dog turd for the rest of the session.

It's true though Rand did vote for it in committee, in a unanimous GOP "pass" on this terrible piece of legislation.
