There are lots of good jobs in Texas. Other places? Maybe not so much. They wouldn’t be building 1,200 homes if they didn’t think they could sell them. My wife has us watch a lot of these “house hunter” shows where little cracker boxes start at $400,000 to over a million dollars.

My development just added about 100 new houses in the past 2 years, they were all sold. The houses are beautiful and do not look at all the same as some other poster suggested. I am in Tarrant County and we can water twice a week. I suggested to my HOA that homeowners be allowed to replace lawns with hardscapes but no one else seemed to think it was a good idea.
