Craig Kettleman was the corrupt county treasurer and Mrs. Skinner (Shelly Moskwa) is the treasurer funneling money at Friends of Hillary. With the Kettlemans, Betsy Kettleman wore the family pants and with the Skinners Mrs. Skinner wears the pants.

The Kettlemans never thought of themselves as corrupt and believe they deserved the money Craig Kettleman embezzled while I am sure the Skinners believe they deserve that Hillary cash and see no problem with the fact that Skinner kept his Clinton Cash Connection a secret from the DUmmies after he began his over the top Hillary Fanboy routine.
