Breasts serve an important function. They allow men to observe from a distance "Hey, there's a sexually-mature woman over there!". By size, shape, and level of droop they give indications of age and how well nourished the woman is.
Same with other features: long healthy hair indicates a women who has been healthy and well-nourished for an extended period of time. A nice figure demonstrates a physically-fit woman who can keep up on hunting and foraging expeditions. Etc, etc.
Beauty indicates a healthy mother for your children.
