That would require intestinal fortitude on the part of the moderate wing of the Uniparty.

Perfect analogy.
That’s why we have elections Sarge...
That’s why Cruz and Walker are leading the pack rather than the McCains and Bushes... It’s why MSNBC is failing and FOX is attaining new heights.

“I have felt safer in most of Guatemala than in North Philly in the daytime.”
Although there are places I would not go, I also have felt safer in most of Honduras than I ever did in Oakland, St. Louis or West Phoenix. Most of the crime in Central America involves the drug trade, and I have read that over 85% of all illegal drugs consumed worldwide are consumed in the US, making narco-trafficking the biggest business south of the border. If Americans could curb their insatiable appetite for dope most of these problems would disappear. Legitimate business would have the opportunity and security to resume, and there wouldn’t be this tide of people trying to escape to the “promised land” to the north, which is in reality the cause of their problems.
So remember this, every time you or someone you know tokes a joint or snorts a line, they are creating the conditions for the influx of these people. So, sit back, toke, snort...and welcome your new neighbors.
