I already restrict my visits to restaurants because over the years they have all gotten into the habit of adding so much salt (it’s like an escalating war amongst themselves, who can salt the cooking the most) that whenever I eat out I have to double-up on my blood-pressure medicine and I’m thirsty all day the next day. It’s really an unpleasant experience. There’s no way I would volunteer to add to the unpleasantness by exposing myself additionally to a moronic army of closet thugs.

No body salts anything, I’m always having to salt my food, even at fast food places.
