Of COURSE he’s “able” ... AND he satisfies the qualification, at least as much as obama has ... maybe more

The big difference is that Cruz's citizen mother was an adult and according to the law at the time her citizenship conveys to her child even in a foreign land. Obama’s mother was only 17 so if she gave birth outside the US her citizenship doesn't convey according to the law at that time. That's why Obama’s grandparents back in Hawaii put in a birth announcement ...to attempt to claim his citizenship as though he was there. However they have spent millions trying to fabricate and falsify a birth record there. There are also records of him becoming an Indonesian citizen and traveling on their passport. That alone excludes his American citizenship. The difference between Cruz and Obama citizenship claims are far apart. But at this point Obama has silenced everyone so other than for historical purposes the subject is now irrelevant.

Actually, I LOVE it when liberals and trolls bring up this subject, and fail utterly to catch traction. It shows how the power of Media Matters shills has lessened.

There are dozens of threads that are already debating this question ad nauseam. But that won't stop new ones from popping up on a regular basis.

I am tired of liberals saying Cruz isn't eligibleThen why do you bring it up in a vanity on FR?

Obamas mother was only 17 so if she gave birth outside the US her citizenship doesn't convey according to the law at that time. But Obama and his National Media claim he was born in Hawaii. Which ends the comparison. Unless someone can prove otherwise. Which obviously they haven't, regardless of what the actual truth of the matter is.
So until someone does prove Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, you can't compare Obama to Cruz. Well, you can, but it won't stick. Not without proof.
I wish it weren't so, but that's how it stands as of now, until someone proves otherwise.

Doesn't keep people that safe want to beat the dead horse either. This is a divisive subject that has been settled by the site owner.
What next? Debating whether socialism should be given another chance?

The liberal trolls who showed up to lead people down bad paths on Obama are returning to lead the stupid by the nose again.

Obama may or may not be eligible, but in NO WAY is he qualified. Cruz is both eligible AND qualified.

In any normal case, the burden of proof would actually fall on the Obama camp to do the proving! However with the media running interference for him and millions spent on lawyers this is no normal case.
Nonetheless, as I said, its irrelevant now. Obama got two terms...eligible or not!

With liberals, the media paints a flattering, false picture of the candidate. With normal people, they go back to his third grade teacher to find out if he was sexist/ racist/homophobe.

Besides, no one in the entire nation has ‘standing’ to challenge a candidate’s citizenship, at least that’s what the courts apparently have ruled over the past 6 1/2 years.

The video of The Klown himself claiming he was born in Kenya meant nothing?

i’m tired of conservative bots of a couple different flavors bringing it up....kinda think it’s funny when the libs do it.

Since everyone who became a citizen at the moment the US became a country is dead, that particular type of citizenship no longer exists, so there are no just two types:
1. Naturalized - you take a test and become a citizen.
2. Natural born - You are a citizen at birth.
Anything else is just political wanking.
