The obvious reply to this unlawful, unconstitutional, criminal act by the rogue Obama regime is for congress to CUT OFF all funds to FEMA until they start obeying the laws of this country. But with Mitch McConnell(the most cowardly creature to ever come out of Kentucky) and John Boehner in charge, there is zero chance of that ever happening.
Unfortunately, they but were chosen by other Republicans. No one wanted the retaliation of loosing their committee positions.
Very, very little integrity or courage left in Congress.
