* Personal automobiles
* Air travel
* Traveling more than 50 miles from your birth location throughout your entire life.
* Space heating
* Space cooling
* Electricity
* Fossil fuels
* Grocery stores - you have to be self-sufficient.

I think that that is their ultimate goal, a return to a preindustral,feudal civilization,with themselves as the nobility.
