It’s blatant pay to play.
A Republican with a slush fund like this would have already been brought up on charges - tied up in court for as long as possible, on any technicality, on the slightest perception of campaign finance impropriety - run out of politics.
But the Left leaves liberals alone - gives them a free hand, they are “blind” to progressive corruption.
