The big problem will be replacing the damaged main transformers at power plants. AFAIK there's only one plant in North America that can build them. There aren't many schnabel cars that can move them. To that add the fact that fuel will be in short supply for any kind of transport including rail. What you're seeing in the picture is ONE schnabel car carrying a pressure vessel of some kind.
