Obama’s proposed budget is nearly $4 trillion, the US economy as a whole is around $15 trillion. Yeah, $5 billion is a lot of money to you and I. But it isn’t that much in the larger scheme of things. Especially when it’s split among 1000 candidates for Federal office.
