Does yours (insurance) actually cover anything? Post ACA, mine is essentially worthless (at $960 a month premium.)

No. It is worthless. It takes my money and offers me nothing. Redistribution of income.

At $508 per month (now a bronze plan?), the deductible is so high that if I were to become ill enough to make use of my insurance, I would not be able to work and no longer pay my premiums. So essentially, it is worthless. I will be penalized. This is not America.

Anything close to my previous plan, which had inched its way to around 330/month, would now cost me $806 per month for 2014, and still not close to the original plan. To top that, the premium would be increasing in 2015. This plan was for ME ONLY! I am 60 years old, and have always been very healthy.
