Why did any of that need to be said? Was it going to help the distraught father? Of course it's illegal - and when pot is outlawed, only outlaws sell pot ... and many outlaws have no qualms about selling to children nor, with pot illegal and thus unregulated, any material disincentive.
Because that is the real tragedy here. And it was very telling that some of you went after the victim. The little girl. Apparently it is win at all costs.
