You have explicitly stated that you believe all drugs should be legalized. If that is not promoting drug usage, what do you expect to happen if drugs are legalized?

I expect that if tobacco was banned its use would go down, but it doesn't follow that my support for the continued legality of tobacco is a promotion or endorsement of tobacco use.
