If you act like a women at that time of the month that is a proper response and biology really doesn't come into sarcasm. As far as I am concerned no matter how much you have your plumbing changed you still have the same chromosomes you were born with, so no matter what he calls himself, his DNA will always be male. When he is impregnated and has a baby naturally I will be willing to call him a she.
