I’m hardly doing the Democrats work for them. If Palin is the nominee, I’ll vote for her. I can’t say that about half of the other candidates running for the GOP nomination. Having said that, Palin can’t beat Hillary. Scott Walker can. Ted Cruz can. Palin’s baggage and lack of experience hurt her more than you guys are willing to acknowledge. The truth is that unlike Scott Walker, Sarah Palin hasn’t managed to figure out how to defeat the onslaught of the leftist media while in office. She gave up and quit. Yes, she’s fun to watch making fun of the media today but when they were really after her in 2008 and 2009 she didn’t do that well. Walker on the other hand destroyed the left, winning a recall election and re-election. There’s something to be said for his successes and it’s worth comparing them to Palin’s failures.
Each person has a unique set of talents. I really believe Palin is at her best doing what she’s been doing for the last few years. She’s great at picking candidates to support, raising money and campaigning for them. She’s great at delivering red meat to conservative audiences. She’s not as good dealing with a full media onslaught or winning moderates over to her cause.
Is it really such heresy on FR to suggest that a conservative stick to what they’re good at?
You're not too bright, are ya. The law in Alaska was different then the laws of Wisconsin. In Alaska anyone can file an ethics complaint against the Governor and they did. Hundreds of them. It cost the Dem operatives nothing. It cost the state of Alaska millions and the Palins had to pay their own legal fees. Scott Walker has NOT had to deal with the same.
