After a grand jury decided in November not to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, many shifted their attention to a federal investigation into the killing.

But on Wednesday, officials told CNN that federal investigators didn't find enough evidence and that Justice Department prosecutors won't recommend civil rights charges against Wilson.

Attorney General Eric Holder, who has the final say in the matter, has said he will announce his decision before he leaves office, which is expected to be by the spring.

The news that emerged Wednesday is likely to upset those who saw the federal investigation as a way to pursue justice for Brown and his family.

"I think you have a lot of people who will be disappointed if this does turn out to be the case," said Antonio French, a St. Louis city alderman who lives near Ferguson....

GHeedz, the punk thug brought his own death about and we’re supposed to be looking for justice for him?

We should have picked our own cotton.

Where’s Reason #4 - Brown tried to overpower a cop, and was shot in legitimate self-defense?

It amazes me that we are even still having articles about this case. It’s one of the most cut-and-dried police shooting case I’ve seen in my life. It’s even scarier than the Justice Dept. is now investigating the entire Ferguson PD in hopes of getting the legal equivalent of a 2nd Place Trophy.

I hope the civil suit (if it comes) gets dismissed, too. I’m sorry the Brown’s lost their son, but it was of his own doing. No one else is to blame.

(title) :" .. 3 options left to Brown family "

WRONGO !!
the 4th option is Mr. Brown to inseminate his ex-wife with another "thug".
Let me see : #1 strong armed robbery
#2 intimidate the much smaller pakistani victim, assault him , and threaten him if he reports the robbery
#3 Jay walking down the middle of the road while under the influence of drugs
#4 Assault the police officer in his vehicle , injuring the officer
#5 re-assault the police officer and try to obtain his gun, resulting in a gun discharge with in the vehicle
#6 run away to evade arrest
#7 Officer orders for the perp to stop running away
#8 perp (#292pounds) turns around, and attemps to tackle the (#150 pound)police officer and knock hom off his feet to obtain the gun
#9 perp is shot 6 times, mostly in the arm , until the final shot, hitting the perp in the head/brain , thus ending the 3rd assault.

Thus we see the results of "EFFECTIVE PARENTING " by Mrs. Brown
Obviously she cared more about her son when he died , than when her son was alive.
If she hurries up, in another 19 years , she will acquire the opportunity to "cash in" on another opportunity for "social justice" for cash and international travel.

the family will only talk about a law suit because the moment they sue and get into court a lot of info about there son would come out that they are depending on the juvenile record shield laws to keep out of the news. the government cant refer to these things but a good private detective would come up with a lot of info that is being ignored by the media.
