Is the American political system and process capable of producing a leader able to properly respond?

If it was, do the American people even understand the true nature of their enemy?

How likely are we to get a Charles Martel or Sobieski or Vlad Dracul?

America can and has “produced” great leaders capable of dealing with any threat. The real question is, will the retarded American voter vote for him/her? Their out there, just have to sift through all the BS and put a real adult in the White House.
Nobody wants to think that there is an “evil” force out there because the word “evil” usually implies forces in this world like G-d, right, wrong, evil, justice, freedom, etc. Many view the West as past all these “isms” and a belief in a Creator so that's where moral relativism comes into play. With all things being equal and fair, where and when do we decide to judge (another primitive thought) evil, identify it and then kill it? Face it, we're trapped in a stupid, cyclical touchy-feely era.
