Actually there was a massive crime wave in inner cities during the 90’s. This came about 15 plus years after a massive wave of welfare payments made to unwed mothers who during 70’s as a reward for cranking out babies.
So there was a big drop in teenage crime during the late 90’s. But this was mainly the result of the passing of a bumper crop of illegitimate inner city kids born in the late 70s, rather than any reduction due to abortions.
I was going to say that “IF” abortion is needed to lower crime rates, then all the democrat inner city programs and support are not working.
