From the article: “....According to Iranian television, a US Naval destroyer fled the area of the Sea of Oman where Iran was conducting a naval drill after being ‘warned’ to leave.”

The guy writing this’s source is IRANIAN TELEVISION. I’m NOT going to buy it even though it is plausible being the Obama Administration.

One possible explanation: if the Iranians claimed they were going to be conducting a live fire drill as part of their exercises... Well, you don't want to be around to be mistaken for the target.

Of course departing to a safe standoff distance to observe the live fire exercise is one thing, fleeing is another. I wouldn't be surprised at rag-head TV characterizing it in a most unflattering light.
