Ok well think it over anyway. By that reasoning, given that your just one gets you into so much trouble - you may wish to get rid of it ? Life’s too short for you to be burdened ( I won’t presume “weighed down”) with so many unnecessary problems. As for me, “double your pleasure, double your fun” is taking on an entirely new, more exciting meaning. -—?

Yet another organ that Haines came up with, and calls the Cerebrothrombal Dilutus, is one that uses the salivary gland from leeches. It is designed for people prone to having strokes, and is able to release blood thinning anticoagulant hirudin when it senses that the pressure in the brain is getting too high due to a possible blood clot. Wouldnt a pressure relief valve in the brain be a simpler and less dangerous solution to high pressure in the brain?
Anticoagulants can cause other problems like cerebral bleeding.
That is one problem with redesigning the human body. A solution to one problem can cause 5 others.

Id go for eyes of the eagle, sense of smell of a bear, elf ears and something that would allow my stomach to handle spicy food. Your spicy food comment made me smile
- Eyes of an eagle, indeed
- Sense of smell of a bear, indeed
- wait, I work with some who don't shower much
- Ears of, not sure
- Can't really go wrong with my Border Collie's ears - they seem to work well.
- Taste of, ...
- Touch of, ...

I can imagine 3-D printing brain cells that would allow a person to astro-project through time and space. Imagine waking up with a stranger in your bed.

No, no. I can handle the trouble, just not any more trouble :)

Threads like this are what degrade this site.
I hope we all know this is total absurdity.

Finally, we can replicate super organs to get rid of Levitra, Chealis, and Viagra. No more hydraulic failures.
