Parents in Farmville, North Carolina want to know why their children were given a Common Core vocabulary assignment in an English class that promoted the Prophet Muhammad and the Islamic faith.
“It really caught me off guard,” a Farmville Central High School student who was in the class told me. “If we are not allowed to talk about any other religions in school – how is this appropriate?”
The Islamic vocabulary worksheet was assigned to seniors.
“I was reading it and it caught me off guard,” the student told me. “I just looked at it and knew something was not right – so I emailed the pages to my mom.”

There is no doubt in my mind Islam will take over the world. And for some reason our politicians are complicit. I don’t get it.
I know liberals who will go postal if God is mentioned to one of their children in school. But will say teaching about Mohammed is simply teaching history.

That is the rot that enables Obama to rise. Only God can save us, and he has to do it through a leader who can stand and marshal the people. In the political world,that is called populism, and, so far, that leader is not evident. All our leaders tiptoe where ever they go; they are like play dough—think Rand Paul.
And it looks like they skipped the important Islamic vocab words, such as taqiyya and jihad.
If I had children, I would be using this to teach them that the State is the enemy, that the State lies. It would mean having to discuss with them what was taught each day. It means teaching children that when in school, the teacher is not to be trusted, and they should just tell the teachers what they want to hear. Yes, teaching children to lie.
“Johnny, do your parents have any guns in the house?”
“No way, my daddy thinks guns are bad and scary!”
Of course Johnny was well taught at home about gun safety.
This is of course just as example.
Even better, homeschool. Put aside any ideas of big vacation, expensive car, and all that. Economically cut back (and don’t feed the beast, it’s a way of going Galt).

Apparently, Common Cure cannot even be truthful.
I’d sure be raising a stink and demanding that this school district provide me with proof that they are going to “instruct” from other religions as well - before I would allow my child to do the assignment. Get other parents involved and hold their da** feet to the fire.
