Either he is an apostate Moslem, or is a Moslem. Once you follow the religion of ol’ Mo, there are only two options.
I followed all the links and unraveled the mystery of the letter referred to in this thread.
Assuming the letter is real (wouldn't bet my life on it, but it looks like the ramblings of a nut case) further digging revealed the following...
"All babies are born muslim but the parents of infidels brainwash them into adopting false religions."
Based on that insane assumption, we are all both muslims AND apostate.
The only remaining mystery in the letter is what follows the salutation, the word "I received your message" addressed to Obama. That may be just the inference made by the insane koranimal, based on Obama's public words and actions, a delusional conclusion based on his personal definition of "apostate."
I would not make any useful conclusions about Obama based on that rash mental case.
